Farmers Formal Auction
Farmers Formal Auction Donation Form
We’re not going to be silent about it: we need you to donate fabulous items for the Farmers Formal Silent Auction! At the 2010 Pesto Festo, the silent auction helped EarthDance raise over $20,000 for its educational programming and outreach, and this year’s Farmers Formal Silent Auction will play a significant role in helping EarthDance meet its fundraising goals for 2012. Won’t you join us in our mission?
Auction items may include themed baskets, gift certificates, an experience (such as a behind-the-scenes tour), or product or service that you want to promote. All auction items will be listed in the the Farmers Formal Auction Catalogue and are tax deductible. If your auction donation is valued at $50 or more, once we receive your form and donation, we will list your item and company name on the Farmers Formal website. Additionally, all items valued over $250.00 will be promoted through EarthDance’s Twitter feed during the month leading up to Farmers Formal.
This year, we’ve made donating to the Farmers Formal Silent Auction very easy for you! Simply fill out and submit the form below, and then contact Meg at meg@earthdancefarms.org or 314-521-1006 to arrange for pick-up or delivery. EarthDance must have your item by October 15th. But remember, the sooner we have it, the sooner we can promote both your business and your fabulous item!
