EarthDance Celebrates its Season with Farmers Formal!

On Saturday, November 5^th, EarthDance will host its fourth annual fundraiser and celebration, Farmers Formal, at Washington University’s College Hall. The evening will include a dinner catered by Bon Appétit that features vegetables, meats, and cheese from local producers including EarthDance; complimentary cocktails, beer, and wine; silent and live auctions; and live music and dancing. Live music by One Take Band & The Bottoms Up Blues Gang. All proceeds will go towards EarthDance’s organic farming education programs.

Tickets

Tickets for Farmers Formal are $75.00 a plate. Tables of 8 and 10 are available. Tickets may be purchased through Brown Paper Tickets or by contacting Meg at 314-521-1006.

Directions and Parking

Washington University’s College Hall is the newest event and gathering space on campus. It features a large stone fireplace and handsome wooden tables and chairs, perfect for festive meals.

Highway 40 (coming from the West):

Take Big Bend exit – go left onto Big Bend.

Turn right at Forsyth Blvd.

Take your first right at the Wallace stoplight.

Travel down the hill to the second stop sign.

Veer right and park in the parking garage.

At this point, there will be volunteers guiding you to College Hall.

Highway 40 (coming from the East):

Take Big Bend exit – go right onto Big Bend.

Turn right at Forsyth Blvd.

Take your first right at the Wallace stoplight.

Travel down the hill to the second stop sign.

Veer right and park in the parking garage.

At this point, there will be volunteers guiding you to College Hall.

Highway 170 (going South):

Exit at Forest Park Parkway.

Turn right at Big Bend.

Turn left at Forsyth Blvd.

Take your first right at the Wallace stoplight.

Travel down the hill to the second stop sign.

Veer right and park in the parking garage.

At this point, there will be volunteers guiding you to College Hall.

Parking: All Farmers Formal guests will receive a temporary parking permit for the Wallace Parking Garage when they enter the garage. Please display this permit on your dashboard.
